New gluten free products August 2025

Posted: August 31, 2025 Updated: September 6, 2025
I was going to write, “How is it already August?” But actually I write the introduction last so it is actually September (though I’ll backdate the post to 31 August – just to be confusing).
I’ve had a really busy month and I’ve forgotten this content until the last minute, even more than I usually do.
What I didn’t forget to do, however, is share lots of and lots of new gluten free products on my Facebook page.
This article, much like my monthly newsletter, is here to beat the algorithm. You might follow me on Facebook, have your preferences set so my posts come up as a priority and yet it’s quite likely you missed a few posts because the algorithm decided not to show them to you.
I’m not great at repeating posts, so if you don’t see it, you could really miss out.
That’s why an article on my own website is so good. I can put everything here together and you can read it when it suits you, share it, save it and come back to it later.
If its your first time reading my monthly new products guide, be sure to check out previous editions in the news section.
Belgian chocolate seashells
Oh wow! This was a little surprise find while looking at new products on the Woolworths website. They were so new that when I went to check in store and confirm allergens they weren’t even on the shelf.
Luckily I was able to ask a staff member and they went out the back and got me one to check. No may contain for gluten, which is not the case for Guylian.
- The Belgian Chocolate Seashells, 65g. Allergens: Milk, Hazelnut. May contain: Almond, Cashew.

Cadbury dark chocolate Turkish delight
I’m not sure I know these exist! Another product where even a month after it was released I still haven’t seen it in person. Perhaps I’m not looking in the right places but everyone else has given positive reviews.
- Old Gold Turkish delight, 50g. Allergens: Milk, soy. May contain: Peanut, tree nuts.

Grill’d patties
Hmm, I kind of wondered if I should put these on, given most meat products are gluten free when it comes to burgers and sausages.
But I will because my posts about the Grill’d burgers at Coles got a huge response both times I posted on Facebook. So clearly it’s worth shouting about.
Now all we need to do is figure out where their buns come from. Oh and their herb mayo!
- Grill’d Wagyu Burger 2 Pack, 290g
- Grill’d Signature Beef Burger 2 Pack, 270g and 4 Pack, 580g.

Jack Links beef sticks
This is cool, it’s the standard long life salami stick but in a multi pack you can tear off as you need. They are slightly bigger (25g versus 20g) than the competing brand and just come in juuuuuust cheaper per kg as well.
- Jack Link’s Original Beef Sticks, 125g. Allergen: Soy. May contain: Nil.
- Jack Link’s Smokey BBQ Beef Sticks, 125g. Allergen: Soy. May contain: Nil.

Patak’s BBQ seasonings
These three spice kits are all gluten free by ingredient and free of allergens. They do all however have a may contain for peanut, tree nuts and milk. You’ll find them at Woolworths.
- Tikka BBQ Spice Mix Rub, 25g.
- Butter Chicken BBQ Spice Mix Rub, 25g.
- Tandoori BBQ Spice Mix Rub, 25g.

Sakata rice puffs
Really interesting for these rice crackers / puffs is that three of them are allergen free. There isn’t even soy in the teriyaki flavour.
Like other Sakata products these are all tested gluten free.
- Sweet & Salty Sakata Rice Puff Crisps, 73g
- Teriyaki Sakata Rice Puff Crisps, 73g
- Cheese Sakata Rice Puff Crisps, 73g. Allergens: Milk, soy.
- Salted Sakata Rice Puff Crisps, 70g
- Sakata Rice Puff Crisps Barbecue, 73g. Allergens: Soy.

Sakata stars multipack
I feel like it’s long overdue to get these cute little star crackers into lunchbox packs. It took me absolutely forever to find the big bags in store but hopefully I’ll find these a bit more easily in their big cardboard box.
- Sakata Stars Snack Mix, 12 pack.

Wicked Sister Wicked themed desserts
Quite a cute gimmick this one, green and pink themed desserts to celebrate the Wicked film coming out.
I’ve had a few people ask me exactly what these pots are, my best guess is a thick custard. I don’t like white chocolate and marshmallow isn’t a go to so I probably won’t try these myself.
- Pistachio and white chocolate, 170g.
- Mixed berry and marshmallow, 170g.

Woolworths spinach and garlic sauce
It’s weird that this is called a tuna pasta bake sauce, given there’s no tuna in it and you don’t have to put tuna in it. If I were to buy this I think I’d be adding cooked chicken.
- Woolworths spinach and garlic tuna pasta bake sauce, 500g. Allergens: Egg, milk. May contain: Peanut.

Woolworths ready to eat meals
Last month in July a few of the Woolworths ready to eat meals changed their appearance, and more importantly their recipes. Since then two more have come out that are now gluten free by ingredient.
Shelf stable and priced at $4.50 they are a really good back up meal while travelling or something to easily take to work.
- Woolworths Chicken Tikka Masala With Rice, 350g. Allergens: Milk. May contain: Nil.
- Woolworths Chicken Pad Thai With Rice Noodles, 350g. Allergen: Peanut, soy. May contain: Tree nuts.

You can read about all the other gluten free ready meals available at Woolworths on my dedicated guide.
That’s all for this month! I’m already getting an article ready to cover the new gluten free releases for September so be sure to sign up to my newsletter so you don’t miss it!
