June’s new gluten free products 2025

Posted: June 30, 2025 Updated: July 2, 2025

We’re mid-way through the year and there have already been so many new gluten free products this year. I’m trying to think what my favourites have been so far, there’s been a few.

Alongside these articles every month I also do a reel on Instagram. It’s great for sharing or quickly referring to in the supermarket.

If you’re looking for the other new gluten free releases this year check out my news page.

Alright, let’s check out what is new for June.

Carman’s pistachio protein bar

It took me so long to find these! Every time I found them in store they were sold out, it was three weeks before I got a box.

They are very different to the rest of their protein bars, to me it’s more of a chocolate bar vibe. Not a huge pistachio taste, but then I feel like most pistachio products don’t have a strong flavour?

Coco and Lucas lasagne

Yes! I’ve been so keen for a different gluten free lasagne to hit the market. There is another brand I’ve tried and I did not like it at all.

I’ve tried two or three products by Coco and Lucas over the past two years and I’ve been really impressed. This one is available just at Coles.

  • Coco and Lucas lasagne, 300g. Allergen: Milk. May contain: Egg, fish, soy, crustacea, mollusc, sesame, sulphites, tree nuts.

Coco and Lucas Singapore noodles

I’ve been waiting quite a while for the Coco & Lucas Singapore noodles to come out, I’d seen a sneak preview for them a few months ago on Instagram and the spotted the tiniest writing to say it was gluten free.

I’m not sure how well the noodles will work from frozen, but given how hard it is to find a GF version of this dish I’ll take it!

Coles I’m Free From Gluten Free Fish Fingers

Technically not new, but it’s a comeback many are happy to celebrate. I’ve already seen a lot of people posting their reviews of these gluten free fish fingers to Facebook groups and they are very happy.

I never ate fish fingers as a kid (mum doesn’t like fish), so I don’t have that nostalgia pull.

Foddies Mongolian Beef

I almost forgot to add this! Foddies, a company from Melbourne specialising in low-FODMAP meals has re-released a product to Coles stores. Given their small intitial distribution we’ll call it a new product.

Those familiar with Foddies will know about their other meal at Coles (Thai green curry – see my review).

  • Foddies Mongolian beef, 300g. Allergens: Soy, sesame. May contain: Fish, crustacean, mollusc, sulphites, nuts.

Luv a Duck red curry

Luv a Duck’s confit duck legs are one of my favourite easy meals so it’s nice to see more options coming through. This Thai red duck curry is tested gluten free and has no allergens.

Mayver’s new bars

High protein bars from Mayver’s, not one but three flavours. They also appear to be lower in sugar than other bars. I don’t have any knowledge of low carb / low sugar requirements so be sure to assess yourself in store if that’s what you need.

Noshu caramel baking chips

Another product that took me forever to find! I was wondering if I really needed to put this in the article as a new gluten free product but then I realised two things.

  1. Not all baking chocolates are gluten free.
  2. I don’t actually know of a caramel chip option at all.

I’m guessing caramel is like… Caramilk? Yes? No? No idea, I don’t eat white chocolate or its friends.

Noshu pistachio

Noshu have added to their bars range with a pistachio option. These bars are low carb and full of coconut – I’ve heard the cherry one is a little like a cherry ripe.

Senza meat lovers

The second pizza release by Senza in two months! Impressive. If you haven’t seen it, Senza also released a pepperoni pizza last month.

Senza focaccia

Focaccia! It took me a while to find this, it doesn’t seem to be at my local store, but you’ll find it in the bread aisle. It’s 180g so not the biggest around, similar to other focaccias on the gluten free market.

Well & Good bread

So these aren’t new breads but rather new to Woolworths. Which is actually great because depending on where you live it’s quite hard to find Well & Good breads.

I managed to find some of the rustic ciabatta marked down and it was good, A+ on squish. They’d probably work quite well as a bun for a copycat Mc Fillet of Fish (gluten free fish fingers sandwich).

Sun Rice Yum laksa noodles

We got two new noodle flavours from Sun Rice earlier this year (covered in my April article) so it was a bit of a surprise to see a third. This one seems to be exclusive to Woolworths, I haven’t seen it at Coles.

  • Sun Rice Yum laksa noodles, 62g. Allergens: Nil. May contain: Sesame, soy.
