Gluten Free Advent Calendars UK 2023
Posted: November 8, 2022 Updated: April 4, 2024
There’s a sad part of me that loves to see what I’m missing out on and since I left the UK. l I can’t get any of the gluten free advent calendars for 2023. But you! My UK readers, you can. So please, read on, find your favourite and enjoy it for me.
How to use this guide.
I’ve organised these gluten free advent calendars by UK stores. That way you can pick the local store to you and know exactly what you’ll find. There’s a bit of repetition, naturally, but hopefully it makes for a handy list.
Where are the photos?
I’ve put the photos together at the end of each store. Why? Because monster lists take forever to load, and I want you to find your favourite GF calendar as quickly and as easily as possible.

Joe & Seph’s Gourmet Popcorn Advent Calendar, 175g
I’ve tried a few Joe and Seph’s over the years and quite enjoyed their fun flavours. Popcorn is nice becuase it’s lighter than chocolate so it’s a good alternative. May contain nuts, sesame.
Hip Oat Milk Chocolate Advent Calendar, 144g
I’m not a fan of this brand after I bought a block from them that proudly claimed to use gluten free oat milk, only to add gluten containing ingredients. Bye bye £6 on what I thought was a vegan gluten free treat. If you’re keen it’s £10.00 and you get mini chocolates in plain, white, salted caramel and… gingerbread! No allergens but may contain milk, soya and nuts due to manufacturing.
It’s also available from the Hip Oat website.
Waitrose
Now remember folks, it’s Waitrose – expect the prices to be a little higher here just because.

Pukka Days of Christmas Calendar, 42.9g

Butler’s The Chocolate Advent Calendar, 350g
This looks luxe for 2022, a truffle-filled Advent calendar of the UK’s finest. With flavours like midnight ginger, mocha and orange bombe there’s bound to be something to entice you. It’s pretty steep at £18.00 but perhaps one worth sharing with someone special. Contains milk, nuts and soy.
Nomo No Missing Out Advent Calendar, 96g
Bless NOMO and their gluten free, dairy free, egg free, nut free and vegan chocolates! Did I mention they also taste good? At £5.50 so it’s a full £1.50 higher than NOMO at other stores. No allergens, no may contains.

Kinnerton, 40g
If your child (or you) has a favourite character or toy this is the calendar for you. They all the have the same chocolates / ingredients but come with different designs like Jurassic World, Hot Wheels, Barbie and Peppa Pig. They are small just 40g but the price is small too at just 99p. Allergens: milk, soy.
Moo Free Original Advent Calendar, 70g
Gluten, soy and dairy free and vegan. It’s a great choice for a milk chocolate alternative and not too pricy at £3.99. No allergens but one may contain nuts.
Moo Free White Chocolate Advent Calendar, 70g
The other gluten, soy and dairy free and vegan option is in white chocolate. I love this because so often I hear parents of dairy free kids who struggle to find white chocolate for them. Also £3.99. May contain nuts.
Galaxy Smooth Milk Chocolate Christmas Advent Calendar, 110g
Available for £1.99 it’s a little bigger than the Cadbury. Suitable for vegetarians. Contains milk and soy. May contain almonds, hazelnuts.
Online only
There are a few calendars out there that are unfortunately online only. However, I would recommend looking at specialty stores like vegan grocers if you are searching for dairy free advent calendars.
Plamil So Free Advent Calendars, 100 – 110g
Gluten and dairy free advent calendars, with three flavours – milk, white and salted caramel.
If you’ve got multiple dietary requirements you will love that these are made in a factory that never handles dairy, gluten or nuts! They are priced around £6.95. Allergens none. May contain soy.
